Save Time and Costs with Durable, 3D Printed Parts

Our 3D printers produce engineering standard, high quality 3D printed parts using Onyx™, Markforged composite base material.

This consists of micro carbon fibre filled, nylon 3D filament.

A second print head lays continuous fibre filament (CFF) infill along the cross sections / framework created with the Onyx™ base material.

The CFF can be specified in Carbon, Aramid (Kevlar) or High Strength, High Temperature Glass Fibres, with finished parts as strong as aluminium.

A Streamlined Process From Start To Finish

Your .STL file(s) will be uploaded to our sophisticated 3D printing software. Markforged’s in-house, bespoke software (Eiger).

We use Eiger to assess the optimum orientation and printing strategy for your parts.

This allows us to provide you with a quote and commence printing, once your approval and payment have been received.
